A little bit of history. When I was growing up there was a time when we as a family would make tacos on Sunday afternoons. It was a great family tradition and are still my favorite tacos. I made some delicious tacos this afternoon. I don't always do the taco thing anymore as it is a lot of work but they are so worth it.
