If a member missed conference this weekend, they missed a lot. Chances are they could be pretty lost when they come back. The priesthood now consists of only an elders quorum. High priest group leadership and elders quorum presidencies will be released. New elders quorum presidencies will be called for the combined group. Pretty neat. I look forward to this change and meeting with some of my older brethren. That change was announced last night.
This afternoon President Nelson announced that home teaching and visiting programs are being retired. There will now be ministering. It all sounds pretty great.
