Cold Day

We hit the road early this morning and made our way back to Cedar City.  The drive was just fine though we hit wind the entire way.  There was snow in the gorge, on the ground that is. The roads were pretty well clear with patches of ice from the gorge all the way to Cedar and beyond I'm sure. The patches became more prevalent as the elevation increased but they had done a good job on the roads. The skies were clear and the temps were low. It was a cold day for sure. No cloud cover to hold in any heat.  Hopefully Tomorrow we will thaw out a bit.  Anyway, wonderful to be home and to have the kids here with me.
