Today with the help of Borden, Dakota, and Dan the man, I went about the day trying to be of some assistance as we replaced ball joints on the truck. Borden talked to me about replacing u-joints, bearings and seals and since we were inside of the vehicle or the front axle already, it made sense. I have never done u-joints, wheel bearings or ball joints before and got some great help. One side has been completed with the exception of reinstalling the breaks and wheel. The ball joints are done on the other side and after the u-joints and bearings get changed out it will be ready to put back together. I have a much better understanding of what needs to be done and will continue to tinker. I am grateful for all the help that was willingly shared.
