Who knew it was so difficult to remember Steak knives? Today was day 2 of 3 for the depot test or practice evenings. The night seemed to be a success though there were a few hiccups along the way. The servers, or some of the servers forget to bring steak knives to the table. One table was stabbing the meat with their forks and gnawing on it. Embarrassing. Those that I was able to visit with were happy with their selections and the servers. It was a good night and things are moving forward.
