Cold Cereal?

I don't often eat cold cereal and when I do I don't eat a sugary cold cereal.  Today the Colossal Berry Crunch is What's for Dinner!  Yep, slide over Beef.  Today was a day for cold cereal.  Actually, it is fast Sunday and with everything that we've had going on this week I did not consider anything for dinner tonight.  So, when the time came to close my fast I went to the kitchen, examined what I had, didn't feel like cooking anything and grabbed the bag of Colossal Berry Crunch that I bought for Andy a couple months ago.  I think he had one bowl and then decided they were not what he wanted.  Lucky me.  There they were and so that has been my Sunday dinner.  It was a nice return to the days of yesteryear when cold cereal was a staple.  Oh, I don't think we will ever get to those days again but I didn't mind the lack of preparation that was required for this meal.  It made for a nice break from the kitchen.  No worries though, tomorrow we'll be right back at it in the kitchen at The Little Brick House as we try to perfect some new salads, wraps and rice bowls.
