Dinner Crowd

With the Utah Shakespeare Festival in full swing we have seen a rather nice dinner crowd at the Brick House Café.  It is great.  We are certainly pleased with the increased business over last year and have concluded that the move from Providence Center to Main St. was, in fact, the right move.  It was a lot of work and it was not cheap and we put a lot at risk but it was the right move for our business, no question.  At Providence we were dying on the vine and on Main St. we are thriving.  It is fabulous.  Oh there are still plenty of challenges and things that we need to improve on but this year was the first that I didn't have to put a significant chunk of money into the business.  I am actually getting paid right now as well which is fabulous.  That pay is not very much but it is happening and for that I am grateful.  I recognize that we don't need a lot but we do need to be wise with what we have.  We will keep pushing for that dinner crowd to come in and we will keep putting out the best possible product that we can.  Anyhow, good times.
