Suddenly Ill

This evening I came home for scouts and my head began to hurt.  A little headache came on and then after scouts I had a visit from the Elders Quorum Presidency and that was good, new calling coming that won't warrant a release from the 11 year old scouts.  Anyhow, my headache got worse.  A little after that I ate some apple slices to get something in my stomach and then hit some ibuprofen up.  I sat down in my favorite chair, put up the leg rest and laid back.  My headache has faded some but I feel like absolute garbage right now.  That is not good.  We've had a cook out all week because he has been sick.  I can't be sick like that right now.  I have to drive to Long Beach tomorrow and it is not going to go well if I am feeling like this.  Hopefully some good sleep will help me through it.  There's a few things I just didn't get done as a result and I don't think I am going to hammer them out tonight.  We will live.  Well, enough of being suddenly ill, time to go be suddenly asleep.
