Potato Andy!

The boys came to work with me today as they will for the remainder of the week with Natty heading to girls camp tomorrow morning.  Andy has been talking about working at the Brick House so today I did some training with him on cutting the potatoes for into fries.  We knocked out four 5 gallon buckets and roughly 75 pounds of potatoes.  He did his best to run the potatoes through the fry cutter and every now and again he would get one to go by himself.  Otherwise I was right there with him and would give him a little assist on getting the potato through the cutter.  He did good work.  Taught how to cut them, how to wash and re wash the potatoes, how to load up a basket of fries and cook them with our three art method.  The man-child had the process down and couldn't seem to get enough of slicing them.  Well done Andyboy or Potato Andy!  We will continue our training.
