Sticky Rice!

Is there anything as delicious as sticky rice?  When it comes to rice I don't know that there is.  I love some good old sticky white rice.  Call it a Hawaiian thing.  Before we moved to Hawaii when I was 12 I didn't think favorably about rice.  It was there but it wasn't a favorite.  When we got to Hawaii suddenly rice was a big thing.  Not Uncle Ben's or other disgusting instant rice but the sticky variety.  That is the good stuff.  I know there is a lot to say about the benefits of brown rice.  It's okay but it isn't sticky.  A nice plate lunch with some mac salad, rice, any meat choice and a little sauce on the rice is pretty much heaven.  For dinner tonight I had rice, the sticky kind.  I am a happy man.
