Busy Day

Ended up having a fairly busy day today.  Things got a little crazy at the Brick House over lunch and I ended up busing tables, stocking the salad bar, making a store run for supplies and other things.  I scouted out a swamp cooler and we will work on installing that tomorrow.  Got to help with a big order that came in tonight.  It was a large order for all hot sandwiches - 35 of them.  That is a fairly significant order and it takes some planning and preparation.  As it stands we didn't have enough pork and had to adjust there order on the fly.  When you call in for something like that at the last minute there is a chance the restaurant may not have what you want because they didn't plan on you being there and some things take a bit more preparation.  Oh well, we got it out. Clayton started back today and he actually did a great job.  He felt good, Tyler thought he did great and I was happy to have him there working hard. Tomorrow will be a busy with that swamp cooler install.  I also need to make a run to the temple at some point.  It is wonderful to be busy.
