The Drive, The Visit and The Graduation

I got up early this morning and got showered, got ready, got the car loaded and got on the road to Vegas from Long Beach.  It was actually a great drive, traffic moved rather well and I got back to Vegas around 12 or so.  Not bad.  I visited the midsingles ward this week and it was really pretty good.  I hung out with Liz for a bit and then went to some visitor class during Sunday School.  It was pretty cool.  A lot of my single friends from the singles conference are in the ward so that was a good time.  After the ward meetings there was a little break the fast or linger longer thing going on and I stayed and hung out some more with Liz and Katie and Lani and others.  Had a good time there and might try to make it back to the ward next week when I am down for the graduation, mission farewell and eagle court.  We will see.  Speaking of graduation, tonight was seminary graduation for Clayton.  It was nice to be there.  Clayton spoke and did a great job. I am at Jim and Clo's house tonight because I have no headlights on the car.  I am going to enjoy a bit of sleep and then will drive home in the morning.  Fun times.  The kids made it up to Alaska and all went well.
