Headache

Bit of a rough day as I suffered through a headache for most of it.  It was not the best day as my head was throbbing and so this afternoon I had came home and relaxed a bit. That seemed to help some.  We had a little family gathering at the park tonight with a little dinner and some soccer.  Jayson and Jaykod are in town and they came.  We had some fun out on the soccer field. Dave, Dan, Jayson, Jaykob and myself.  It was one of those things that helped at least three of us realize we were a bit out of shape.  We need to spend a little more time out doing things like playing soccer.  Fun stuff.  Hopefully there won't be any headaches tomorrow.
