What is goodwill? I was working with Jack on his Bobcat award in Cub Scouts and one of the things he had to do was learn the law of the pack. The last part of this says The Cub Scout gives goodwill. In defining this further the handbook says the following: 'Smile. Be happy. Do things to help others. Little things make a big difference.' Well, I like that definition.
Small pause, we are in the middle of what sounds like a torrential down pour. It is thundering outside pretty well also. Hope there are not basements filling up with mud right now.
So anyhow, goodwill. I have been thinking about doing something special for the schools in Iron County. We want to help them provide something special to the teacher of the month from each school. I don't imagine they get a lot but I really don't know. We would like to give them lunch on us. Today I thought of it as goodwill marketing. Doing things to help others. Little things make a big difference.
