You Only Believe in Science!

Tomorrow is the science expo or fair or whatever they are calling it at South Elementary this year.  That can only mean one thing.  Yep, that's right, I am in the middle of helping Jack with his science project.  It is going to be a late one.  I still have my own homework to do.  His project - well, it dealt with hot wheel cars and if they travel farther distances when propelled by gravity or by a booster.  We set some stuff up, ran some trials, recorded some numbers, took some pictures and made some graphs.  You might think the power booster would do the trick, not necessarily.  It was a bit tough with the surface we were working on, lots of wipe outs but ultimately the gravity fed trials turned in bigger numbers.  All I can say is that the surface was the same for both the gravity fed and booster fed trials.  Not the most complex of science projects and have to say that since he reminded me about it late last night I am completely fine with his simplistic idea.
