Well I am not going to make him ask twice. Anytime I have a willing participant I am going to make it happen. At first he wanted a buzz cut like mine then decided after we got started that he wanted to keep it long on top and short on the sides. Fortunately for him I had not started with the top. I did my best to blend it all in and I don't think it looks too bad. He does have some stragglers that are a bit long. I am going to have to get back in there and clean it up. He is happy with it and that is what matters.
Jack was also in need of a haircut and once we got him convinced that it is a good thing he agreed to do it. At first he wanted a trim like Andy's then he decided that we might just need the buzz after all - not because I messed up, he just decided. No problem. He is looking great. I did tease him a skosh by leaving him with a mohawk. He got very concerned about it so I didn't leave it long. We were negotiating a special treat for the hair cut and then he decided he wanted to have a valentines party. He even went over to the calendar and picked out a day, Saturday the 12th. This he did completely on his own and lends to hope that Jack will function perfectly fine.
The kids also decided to play nerds. They jacked their pants up high and came dressed for the occasion. It was pretty funny. Here are a few pics of them.
