Sprinklers

So there I was setting up for soccer practice once again and the sprinklers kicked on. I have watched and all week these have not come on during our practice time. I thought we were in the clear. Wrong. Oh well, the girls love it. The boys love it too. I don't continue to set up practice in the sprinklers, no I actually move everything to the other end of the field.

As briefly noted the boys love the sprinklers. What ends up happening is that the girls get themselves wet and then run during practice. I think it probably helps them to stay cool. The boys somehow manage to get soaked from head to toe and then sit and complain about it being too cold. Such was the case today with Andy. I mean he was soaked. He joined me on the field at first and then he decided (or I convinced him) to go and relax on the side of the field. Awhile later I heard Andy screaming and Jack laughing. Apparently Jack dragged Andy over to the sprinklers and held him in it. Andy was soaked worse then before and Jack just thought he was hilarious. I'm pretty sure Andy was having fun too - right up until he found himself drenched. Jack ran off for more wet fun and Andy sat back down by the gear. I ended up taking off his shirt and putting him in one of the goalie shirts. Natty added the other and we managed to make it through.
