Biker

Tonight Andy asked me to take the training wheels off his small bike.  Jake, his little friend from across the street started riding a bike without training wheels today and it was all the motivation Andy needed.  I took of the training wheels, handed over the bike and Andy jumped on and started riding.  Done. 

How is it that all three of my kids just jumped on and started riding?  I guess that is how I did it when I was a kid.  I really just wanted to ride and I can remember a little yellow bike and going in circles in the garage on Woodcrest Lane in Carson City.  I loved riding that bike.  I was three years old when I was doing that and by the time I was five I was over at a dirt track in the field behind the school jumping tires.  Andy was up and at it today and decided to show me a little trick of his own... he did a little bunny hop.  I am sure in the next few days he will be all over the place on that bike.  He was already all over the place.  Fun times for my new little biker.
