Staying Awake

Lots of my time is spent walking in pure exhaustion.  Seems that when I have an opportunity to sit down it is not long before I am asleep.  There are times, and I have shared this in the past, anyway, times that I sit down to read with the boys and spend the entire time as a punching bag for boys who are trying to keep me awake so I can read to them.  It might be a punch to the face or a power-driver to the face (yes, quoting Nacho there).  Jack loves to read the technical books on airplanes.  We are currently reading about World War II airplanes.  He checked all these books out last year too.  Anyway, I get a bit heavy eyed and don't read so well.  It must be quite frustrating for the boys when I struggle to stay awake.  I am thrilled to say this has not been the case as we have read together the book called "There's a boy in the girls bathroom."  I am really enjoying the book and am wide awake whilst reading it to the boys, which they love also.
