It was a full Sunday for me. After church we ran to the Brick House so Natty could print off some quotes for a box she had to make for young women's night of excellence. We only had a little time as I had three home teaching appointments lined up. It was a good day of home teaching and I thought the lessons went well at all three homes. I am fortunate to home teach 3 great families right now; Cavalieri, Scholes and Arnold. Good people. I love being a home teacher and having that opportunity to serve and become a friend to these great families. In the lessons in each of the homes I talked to the children about their goodly parents. Wonderful people. Well, after home teaching we went to the night of excellence for the young women. It was good. Natty has a good group of young women and leaders around her. She is a good girl and a friend to all. So very grateful to have such a wonderful young woman for my daughter. I had to run in to the Brick House to adjust and send out the schedule tonight. Not what I wanted to do and need to adjust that so I can avoid having to do it in the future. Well, got home, did some dishes then sat down with the kids and read some stories from President Thomas S. Monson. We like those stories. I usually get choked up in the middle of them. Anyway good stories and a good lead into scriptures and prayer. I managed to miss a nap today but really didn't miss it. There things of greater importance happening and those things gave me plenty of energy and gratitude.
