Like a Rock

Like a rock!  I'm not referencing a chevy pick up truck or the Bob Seger song though I am a fan of Bob Seger and I wouldn't mind have a chevy pick up truck to cruise around in.  No, today I reference my self in the pool.  I swim like a rock.  I must.  I am swimming laps at the pool just as a teaser, something else to do for fitness that the kids can enjoy.  I am also toying with the idea of doing a triathlon at some point but I am not so sure.  My swimming is terrible.  Sure I've only gone twice but dang, I need to get it together.  The time is terrible.  I've got a long way to go and a lot to learn.  It will take some time to pick up some speed and endurance.
