I did not note this in my other post and with thought I should just give it its own space. It was fast Sunday today and when the Bishop invited members to share their testimonies the stand was over run by Fontano children. They all did a good job. Unfortunately I was distracted when Natty shared hers because Jack and Andy were bouncing up and down in their seats and causing a distraction on the stand. I am sure she did a great job.
Jack got up "I'm Jack! I know that it is fast Sunday and we start church early and get out early... I know that there are rows and an extra row. Even in Florida. That's all" This isn't exact, I didn't have a pen today and failed to note it but this should be pretty close. He was cute but could stand a little more reverence. The funny thing, I got him up and moving this morning by telling him we had early church and needed to get moving and that church also gets out early. Natty also talked about it being Fast Sunday. So Jack obviously picked up on our conversation at home.
Unfortunately i did not hear much of Andy's because I was trying to manage Jack some. The Bishop gave him a bit of help. Thanks Bishop.
After the closing prayer Jack got up and went over to the sister that offered the prayer. He gave her a big hug and told her she did a great job on the prayer. She talked to him for a second and then he gave her another big hug. She told me later how wonderful that was. It was fun to watch.
Thank you to each of my kids for being so brave and sharing your testimonies.
