So I finally got the eliptical set up in the man cave / multi purpose room. I had to take some of it apart in order to install it but it is in and it is working. I was back on it this morning for a morning workout rather than a very late evening one. By the time Natty leaves for school and the time I have to get Jack up I can pull a 5K on it and that works for me. Just gotta get back in business. I had done so well there for several months but faltered with the move. It was good to be back in business this morning. It felt good and so I felt good, I felt great, I felt wonderful. Had to do a little Bob Wiley there with a twist.
Well, I am just about ready to pass out. I am practically zombie typing right now which could be very dangerous in my home. I am going to close up rather then continue to fight this losing battle to sleep.
