The last time I went to Disneyland was way back in like 97. I did go to Disneyworld once in 2005 - shame that I didn't take advantage of living so close to it for 5 years. Of course I am not a packed crowd kind of guy and that first visit to Disneyworld just happened to be during Spring Break and that place was jammed packed. It was fun for a day but not something I would like to do repeatedly. Anyhow, going back to Disneyland. On that visit we decided to ride the tea cups. I forget who exactly was in the tea cup with me though I believe Pete and Mike were there, possible Dave as well. Anywho, we were determined to spin that sucker as fast as we possibly could. When it was all over we had spun it, fast. I'm fairly certain I came off of that thing with a slight green color in my face. Man it sucked. I was down and out. Pretty sure I crashed right there on a bench in front of the castle. I am also fairly certain that I was down for nearly an hour. It was bad news. Motion sickness big time. No more tea cups for me... ever. Oh yes, then there was Star Tours and that put me down and out in the exit tunnel for a few. Not a big fan of those.
Well whats the point? The point is tonight I had a softball game and the kids went and played on the playground. After the game I went over and we all hung out at the playground. My job was spinner of the merry go round thing. It was a good job. Pretty exciting. Jack liked to be perched up at the top and Andy tried to hang on to the tall bar once and ended up kind of flapping in the wind. It scared him pretty good. So anyway there is a lot of fun to be had on these devices. I, however, did not go on this fine ride. No way. I simply didn't feel like taking an hour nap at the park tonight.
