The Gaff

It is 3:30 AM. I just got home and I am about ready to pass out completely.  Yes, kill over.  I was on my way in to the LBH this afternoon when Amy called and asked if I wanted to go to the Jim Gaffigan show in Vegas.  Dave and Dani were not going to be making the trip for personal reasons so the tickets were available.  I understand that Amy tried every other option first and was unsuccessful so she asked me and suggested I call someone in Vegas.  I went ahead and sent Karry a text and she was in town and could go so I made the trip.  It was a great time.  Lots of driving for me but a fun trip none the less.  Karry has some of the best stories ever and it is always fun to hang out with her.

Gaffigan was pretty dang funny.  I enjoy him quite a bit and told Amy that I need to borrow her DVDs again.  I like that he is not crude and does not get into nasty humor.  I would recommend him as a comedian worth seeing.

Vegas was a little crazy and parking was a challenge but we managed and though we were 20 or so minutes late getting into the show we sat down right before Gaffigan came out.  Great timing really.

I don't have any clue what happened on the drive between Mesquite and Cedar.  I do but really not so much.  There are major portions of that drive that I just cannot recall at all.  I think on my next Vegas trip I am going to have to stay over and return home the next day.  Anyhow, special thanks to Mike and Liana for watching the kids.  Sounds like they had a good time and got to experience a water poop surprise with Jack.  Sorry guys..
