Projects

I am in the middle of a couple of projects here at home and sometimes it's hard to get focused on just one.  I've got the yard project going and a plan to install some sprinklers as well as lay down some sod in some areas that are suffering a bit.  I've got two rooms to paint.  I've got the carpet downstairs to remove and new flooring to install.  I've got baseboard throughout the house that needs to be installed.  I've got a dining table that needs to be refinished.  I've got furniture that either needs to be sold or donated.  I've got a bathroom cabinet that needs to be replaced.  I've got a little roof planned on the side of the house to create an area where I can store equipment and bikes and keep them safe from the elements.  I would also like to design a shed that will replace the playhouse and I would like to move the fire pit and do a new design that I saw on the internet that looked excellent.  While I'm at that I might as well build a pit for roasting and a brick oven for making pizzas.  Yep, there are a few projects to be done.  Many of those projects are long term.  The pressing ones are the yard/sprinkler/sod project, the flooring in the basement and the two rooms that need to be redone.  Once the flooring is done the baseboards need to be done.  One day at a time.  Worked in the yard a bit today and started clearing out the family room downstairs and pulled back a bit of carpet.  Making progress I guess.
