WeatherChange

It is another one of those days when I am sitting here with a blank mind and no thoughts as to what I might write about today.  I don't know that there is anything all that spectacular to say or report.  Perhaps the weather is an appropriate topic as we went from absolutely gorgeous weather earlier in the week to some pretty wet and snowy stuff today.  Seriously, it was shorts and t-shirt type stuff a few days ago.  That actually came on rather sudden and I think it shocked my system a bit.  I have battled with a cold this week, nothing major, just a sore throat and a bit of exhaustion but we're managing.   Anyhow, the sudden change in weather may or may not have had something to do with it.  Whatever the case there is something going around.  Fortunately the kids have been fine.  Except of course for Jack who had to come home early from school yesterday because of his stomach.  That was a fun phone conversation with Jack.  He assured me that he was feeling great but his stomach was sick, a bit gassy and he needed to relax.  Funny boy.   I guess the changes in the weather are kind of like the changes in life.  We find ourselves our of a cold winter and into some beautiful weather and then suddenly we've got a snow day.   We never really know what the next day will bring.  All we can do is take each day on, each challenge on the best we can.  I believe we find strength in our desire to follow Heavenly Father.  Well, I am seriously passing out here.   I will simply say that I love my beautiful children.  Natty, Jack and Andy  are wonderful  children and great friends.
