Rodeo Boys

We sponsored the royalty pageant for the Great Stampede rodeo and were given some passes as part of the deal.  I took the boys out to the rodeo tonight. It was the first time at a rodeo for them.  It was the second time at a rodeo for me.  It was a great time.  We sat with the Jenkins.  Jack had a great time sitting with Borden and talking about the Bizmark and discussing different rodeo events.  After we took a walk over to where they corralled the bulls.  Wow those are some big animals.  Borden got the boys feeding them a little hay.  That was pretty neat stuff.  Jack was a bit stand-off-ish with the bulls but Andy was right in there feeding them hay and touching their noses.  It was a tad on the nerve wracking side when the bulls got a bit excited.  Some were butting heads with each other and getting a bit feisty.  Anyhow, you don't always get to hang out with bulls so that made the night for these rodeo boys.  We also went in to the stable or barn area where they had the goats, cows, sheep and pigs.  The Jenkins had a few pigs there that we took a look at and checked out the other animals.  Fun times.  We'll have to do it again sometime and then we can clearly state that it isn't our first rodeo.
